Mr. Khu Kim Chai, aged 49 and a Malaysian is the founder and Managing Director of Today Bakeries Products (Klang) Sdn Bhd. He started in the bakery business in his teens. Through his hard work, dedication and innovation he has transformed a small bakery house into what is now a multi-million corporation. In order to keep up with the changes in the bakery business, he has attended many practical and theory courses in Taiwan. Keeping in touch with the latest food technologies by constantly attending exhibitions in Taiwan, Japan and also in the USA. He also has taken a Management course locally. Mr. Khu is a well known personality in the bakery line of business in Malaysia.
